Refund policy

Because all of our designs are custom pieces, all orders are nonrefundable. We make every effort to assure the satisfaction of our clients. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to any issues caused by you. This includes but is not limited to event date changes after printing has occurred, event canceling, grammatical errors, name of words left out, etc. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order or some other issues rise, let us know and we will make it our top priority to work towards a solution.

We understand that there may be a need to cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if this happens. If your order has not gone into production (designing and/or printing process), you are only responsible for your initial payment, comp fees and any products (paper, embellishments, ink, etc.) purchased for your order. If your order has gone into production you are responsible for the total amount of your invoice.
