Terms and Conditions

Payments  All payments are due at time of purchase. Each stationery order is customized per client specifications, therefore, all orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Comprehensive Design Proofs  The design includes a comprehensive design proof  and you will receive (4) four complimentary revisions.  There is a charge of $50 per proof for additional proofs. Most clients are satisfied with 2-3 revisions and do not incur additional design fees.  Once the final proof has been submitted, please send an email/fax indicating written approval.

It is during this process that you may make minor changes to the design elements {color and font} and text content only.  Any changes to the design, layout and materials used including, but not limited to color and sizes will incur a $175 material/design change fee.  There will be a $50 charge for every round of revisions after the allotted 4 revisions or $100/hr (minimum or 3 hours) if an entire new design concept has to be completed.

Proofreading  You are responsible for fully proof reading your artwork.  Your design will be sent to you via email in a PDF format and you will not be able to copy or modify your electronic proof in any way. 

Our proofing process usually takes 5-7 days.  During this time you will be required to fully proof read your project and submit any necessary content changes in writing via email only. We do not accept changes given over the phone or fax.

We strongly encourage you to enlist the help of others to proofread your design for any wording and layout errors. Once you give final approval your order moves immediately into production and any errors to wording and/or layout are corrected at your expense.

Some suggestions to check over (but not limited to) are spelling, dates, names, locations, times, addresses, phone numbers, web addresses, directions, etc.

T.evenire, Event Planning, LLC., will not proceed with printing any project until you have submitted a written approval with “Ready to Print” noted on your final design proof.

Content Submission   In order to create a design layout for your stationery, we require you to supply us with your text in electronic format only.  We will forward to you our Invitation Consultation Form as a Word document. Upon completion please forward to form back to us via email.  We cannot accept handwritten information or hard copy of any kind even if it has been scanned.

T.evenire Event Planning, LLC., will not proceed with printing any project until you have submitted a written approval with “Ready to Print” typed in the body of an email or indicated on your final design proof

Rush Orders  Our standard production schedule is 2-3 weeks.  If you would like your design sooner, there will be an additional $75. Rush orders are considered on a case by case basis and are subject to the required timeframe, complexity and availability of materials.  No discounts will be applied to rush orders.


Delivery & Shippping  Delivery dates are predicted on timely receipts of all materials to be supplied by the Client.  Every attempt will be made to meet the delivery date, but unforeseen or unavoidable delays not caused by T.evenire Event Planning & Design,LLC., will not constitute a breach of project agreement.

Physical products will be shipped via Federal Express. Though every effort is made to pack your products as safely as possible, T.evenire Event Planning & Design, LLC., is not responsible and will not be held liable for any items damaged while in possession of the shipping carrier. T.evenire Event Planning & Design,LLC, is also not held liable for any delivery guarantees that are not withheld by the shipper due to any reason of their own.  If there are any issues with your package, please contact FedEx.  Tracking information will be provided.

 

Returns  Because all of our designs are custom pieces, all orders are nonrefundable. We make every effort to assure the satisfaction of our clients.  However, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to any issues caused by you. This includes but is not limited to event date changes after printing has occurred, event canceling, grammatical errors, name of words left out, etc. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order or some other issues rise, let us know and we will make it our top priority to work towards a solution.

Limitation of Liability T.evenire Event Planning & Design, LLC., its agents or employee are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages which arise from T.evenire Event Planning & Design, LLC., failure to perform any aspect of the project in a timely manner, regardless of whether such failure was caused by intentional or negligent acts or omission of T.evenire Event Planning & Design, LLC., or a third party.
